Last year brought record setting fines, sanctions and prison terms in the U.S. small and large companies today face the possibility of stringent enforcement actions not only in the US but in foreign jurisdictions as well. This seminar will ensure that all companies involved in international business activities understand the relevant anti-corruption law and how to implement comprehensive and effective compliance programs.
