Natascha Finnerty, President of DL Exports International, Inc., will prepare you on the actions, deadlines, and ambitious goals in Export Control Reform. Come to this information-packed session that deals with the Obama Administration's effort to promote U.S. exports, streamline our cumbersome export security laws, and slow the designing out of "ITAR-controlled" goods by foreign companies. How the two export license agencies (U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Commerce) are merging. The reforms will produce the "Four Singles": - A single list of exports subject to new control - One agency for licensing those exports - A separate enforcement agency to guard against illicit exports of technology - A single information-technology network aimed at streamlining the licensing process Review by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce to streamline the U.S. Munitions List and Commerce Control Lists, and how this will impact the export of military parts and components. Answer concerns about how you can prepare your company for these changes.
