In this two-part advanced QuickBooks course, students will practice preparing customized invoices for customers/clients. In addition, we will teach how to generate and read “Profit & Loss” statements and balance sheets. Instruction will be given regarding the formation of mailing lists and collection letters, and students will learn to use QuickBooks to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Students will be given a bank reconciliation to balance and will be presented with a certificate of completion upon achieving this task. By the time a student completes the course; he/she will have a good idea of all that QuickBooks offers, be familiar with the most common tasks, and know where to find information about more advanced features.

Topics that will be covered will include how to read and interpret financial statements and see how knowledge of business accounting can improve one’s bottom line.
