Come join us for an interactive workshop using start.coop's Ownership Model Canvas (OMC), a visual tool for mapping out things like stakeholders/members, benefits & expectations, and governance & financial rights. The OMC was developed as part of start.coop's Lean Coop course: a free, self-paced online training that blends lean startup tools and approaches with cooperative ownership models and values.

We'll start with a fun, group game for generating business ideas. Then, we'll use those business ideas to work through and discuss the different elements of the OMC. You'll come away able to use this concrete tool to align your ownership structure with your values.
