In an effort to assist local contractors in building capacity and increasing annual revenues, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, and the Center for Women & Enterprise are presenting a series of FREE seminars covering topics critical to the success of small contracting firms. The focus of this workshop will guide business owners through the steps to writing a thorough and complete contract proposal. Registration is required.
