Customer Service: Simple Solutions with Immediate Impact

We all know the value of good customer service experience. Mastering the art of providing a great customer service experience requires the proper planning, training, and systems. Are you meeting your customers’ expectations? Are your employees meeting your expectations? The role that customer service plays toward your ability to having a successful and growing business is invaluable. A customer service experience is often the only perception a customer may have of your company. This will be an interactive session helping you identify areas to improve your customer service to both internal and external customers. You will leave with simple tasks and skills that will help you along the path to exceed expectations.

Eric has had great intuition, unique ideas, and an entrepreneurial spirit since his childhood. In 1990 the summer after his freshman year he founded a luxury chauffeured transportation business. He invested the next 20 years nurturing and growing All Occasion Transportation to become the largest limousine company in Rhode Island. In 2002 Eric's company was honored as being named the Best Limo Company in America. He was personally recognized as the RI Small Business Person of the Year in 2008. In January of 2010 he sold the business.

Eric is a passionate entrepreneur and is passionate about helping other small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed.
