Do you feel there are a lot of things you don't know about starting or owning a small business? This workshop intended for both potential business owners and current business owners who want to gain a better understanding of what they need to know to succeed in their business. This Business Fundamentals Workshop provides an overview of important aspects required to insure control and success in business including: How to register your business, Market research & analysis, Legal structures for your business, Estimating start-up costs and cash flow projection, Failure factors and business planning.
