QuickBooks Desktop for the Beginner

This course will introduce you to the QuickBooks Desktop accounting software program. Topics to be discussed include: the different editions of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), including differences in features and how to decide which version is right for your company; navigating the program and basic settings; using bank feeds to connect your online banking to QBDT; entering expenses, including writing and printing checks, entering and paying bills, and managing credit cards; entering income, including creating sales forms such as invoices, sales receipts and statements; various types of reports in QBDT; and where to turn for help with QuickBooks.
