In this two-part series, we’ll introduce some practical, hands-on tools for getting focus and planning for success with your farm business.

March 4th: In the first session, we'll work with the Business Model Canvas and a One-Page Business Plan to help farm business owners get clarity on their customers, offerings, and revenue streams, and improve focus on SMART goals.

March 11: In the second session, we'll work through a budgeting/one-page financial planning tool to help farm business owners get a handle on their historical revenue and costs (by revenue stream) and plan for the year(s) to come.
